At Divya Anugraha, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched, if you wish to cancel, please contact us promptly at info@divyaanugraha.com with your order details.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging → we will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference. For returns due to change of mind, products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we will guide you through the process to ensure a seamless experience.
